These Terms of Service govern your use of knoxoutdoorliving.com (the "Site"), operated by Compass Camper LLC, an Oregon limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

What the Site is

The Site is a marketing and lead generation service. It connects homeowners with independent, licensed hardscaping and outdoor living contractors. Compass Camper LLC is not a contractor, does not perform hardscaping, patio, outdoor kitchen, or any construction work, does not employ tradespeople, and is not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.

Contractor independence

Contractors you are connected with through the Site are independent businesses. They set their own prices, scopes, schedules, and contract terms. Any estimate, proposal, contract, workmanship, or warranty is theirs alone. We encourage you to verify licensing through the Tennessee Board for Licensing Contractors, confirm insurance, and obtain written itemized estimates before hiring anyone, through this Site or otherwise.

No warranty on contractor work

We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding any contractor's work, workmanship, pricing, licensing status, insurance, timeliness, or conduct. Information on the Site about costs, permits, and licensing is general information, not professional, legal, or engineering advice, and may not reflect the specifics of your property or the most current requirements of your jurisdiction.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compass Camper LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from or related to work performed by any contractor, any agreement between you and a contractor, or your use of the Site, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it. Claims relating to a contractor's work must be pursued against that contractor.

Your submissions

By submitting a consultation request, you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to request contact at the phone number and email provided. Communications consent is governed by the checkbox disclosure on each form and by our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false leads, scrape the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute regarding the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.

Changes
